VOLUNTEER POSITIONS AVAILABLE

When a newcomer is looking for help from AA, it often starts with a phone call. You can be the person answering that call! If you have at least one year of sobriety, a home group and a sponsor, please fill out the form below.

Shifts are 4 hours, done weekly or bi-weekly.

Mondays 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm Bi-weekly

AA Helpline Workshops

We hold workshops for current hotline volunteers, as well as those who are interested in volunteering. 

Topics include: Phone etiquette, important referral lists, court ordered attendees, and third party calls.

Plus a Q & A session.

Our next workshop is coming up soon. They take place at United Methodist Church of Madison Heights.
