VOLUNTEER POSITIONS AVAILABLE

When a newcomer is looking for help from AA, it often starts with a phone call. You can be the person answering that call! If you have at least one year of sobriety, a home group and a sponsor, please fill out the form below.

Shifts are 4 hours, done weekly or bi-weekly.

New Openings:

Mondays 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm weekly

Saturdays 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm bi-weekly

AA Helpline Workshops

We hold workshops for current hotline volunteers, as well as anyone interested in volunteering. 

Topics include: Phone etiquette, important referral lists, court ordered attendees, and third-party calls.

Includes a Q & A session.

Our next workshop is Wednesday, July 24th, at 7:00 pm.
It will be held at United Methodist Church of Madison Heights, 246 E Eleven Mile Rd.
